A curtain, a cooking pot, a long list, two daffodils, Tina’s song, a piano. Ah yes… And our mums! Shh!.. Don’t!.. is a performance inspired by our mothers, their interminable, recurring questions as well as their love, moans and fears and how we carry them with us. It also questions the complex relationship with our motherlands, drawing on our conflicting emotions to reflect on the experience of living in a foreign country.
